Zvonimir Ivisic may have saw his playing time limited in Saturday's 69-61 loss to Texas A&M, but that doesn't dull the brilliant production he continues to show for the Arkansas Razorbacks to earn Razorbacker of the Week honors for the second consecutive week.
Foul trouble and defensive lapses limited Ivisic to 13 points, six rebounds and four blocked shots in 20 minutes of play on Saturday. But combined with 25 points, four blocks and three boards in Wednesday's home win at Bud Walton Arena over the visiting LSU Tigers, Big Z (as he is known) continues to emerge as a force for head coach John Calipari's team.
"We're taking advantage of his skill set. Z is a unique individual in terms of his size, his skill, and his ability at seven two and able to play on the inside and outside," Arkansas assistant Chin Coleman said following the LSU game. "He's probably one of the better three-point shooters in the country β definitely in our league. So, coach is doing a good job of utilizing his skill set. "

The Croatian-born transfer from Kentucky has made 51 percent of his shots on the year and 44 percent of his three pointers. He averages 9.4 points and 4.2 rebounds after logging limited minutes due to injuries and inexperience to start the season.
However since January 18 at Missouri, Ivisic has scored nine points or more in seven of eight games. He has recorded six or more rebounds in half of those games β twice hauling in double digit boards. In six of the contests over that stretch, Big Z has recorded three to four blocked shots.
"Whatever my team needs me to do, you know, I'll try my best to do it," Ivisic said. "As y'all saw, I can't pick and pop no more. They're switching to me, so I've got to roll, and try work something, you from the paint."
