Everyone holding their breaths can collectively let out a sigh of relief. Johnell Davis has withdrawn from the NBA draft.

The Florida Atlantic transfer committed to Arkansas at the end of April. He was the second-highest transfer in the portal at the time of his commitment, per 247 Sports, and the highest by On3 Sports' standards.

Davis' decision to go back to college wasn't a surprise. He had already declared for the NBA draft when he chose the Hogs, but six days after his commitment, Davis declined an invite to the G League Elite Camp and did not participate in the NBA draft combine. Instead, he used the relaxed rules to work out and meet with NBA teams. Davis is also reported to have an NIL offer of over $1 Million to come to Fayetteville, giving him even more incentive to return to college.

The Razorbacks now solidly have eight players on next season's roster, leaving five open spots to fill. Some names swirling around social media include but are not limited to, names in the following X post.

They are all in the NBA draft, with rumors of them coming back to college. The favorite so far is Coleman Hawkins, but another not listed is Trevon Brazile, who has already withdrawn his name from the NBA draft.
