After his teammate, Landon Jackson, shined on day one of the NFL Combine, former Arkansas wideout Isaac TeSlaa might've one-uped the former Hog defensive end.

On Saturday, TeSlaa, along with the other receivers and quarterbacks, took the field at Lucas Oil Stadium to test their abilities ahead of the NFL draft. When the day was finished, one stood above the rest of the WRs: Isaac TeSlaa.

Isaac TeSlaa's massive day at the NFL Combine

Among the WRs that participated, he finished 18th in the 40-yard dash (4.43 seconds), fifth in the verticle (39.5 inches), sixth in the broad (10-foot-9-inches), ninth in the 3-cone drill (6.85 seconds), first in the 20-yard shuttle (4.05), and tied for third on the bench (17).

On the surface, the results are impressive, but nothing to write home about. However, considering his 6-foot-4-inch frame, he was rated as the most athletic receiver in the 2025 combine, earning an elite grade of 96. Even more impressively, his relative athletic score (RAS) was 9.96, which ranked 16th out of all the WRs from 1987 to 2025.

Unfortunately, the Next Gen Stats that the NFL uses also considers the production from college, where he played second fiddle to Andrew Armstrong. It gave TeSlaa a poor grade of 53.

On the other hand, he showed his utility at the Reese's Senior Bowl, so it might not hurt him as badly when the draft starts. And on top of his Senior Bowl performance, he stood out with this impressive catch on a deep pass from Notre Dame's QB, Riley Leonard.

He's undoubtedly turned heads in the past few weeks, but now only one question remains. Is his potential interesting enough to push him higher in the draft? We'll see between April 25 and April 26 when the draft takes place.
