It looks like the Rain hasn't dampened Arkansas' spirits.
At first, things didn't go great in Arkansas football's game against Texas A&M. Through the first 28 minutes, the Aggies took a 21-6 lead over the Hogs. But in those last two minutes, Arkansas stormed back within one, 21-20, before halftime.
To start the game, the offense looked as explosive as ever. Arkansas running back Mike Washington put up 71 of the Hogs' 75 yards in their first possession. The majority came on a 48-yard gash up the middle of the defense. Unfortunately, the Hogs couldn't punch it and settled for a field goal.
A&M did whatever it wanted for most of the game, scoring on its first three drives of the game. Aggies quarterback Marcel Reed went 13/16 for 135 yards and two touchdowns in the first half. Without star running back Le'Veon Moss, Texas A&M put in a group effort, with running back Rueben Owens leading the pack with 56 yards and a touchdown.
The Razorbacks had a few scary moments, too.
Arkansas quarterback Taylen Green has left the game with an injury, but returned with a sleeve on his right knee on the next offensive drive. As the Hogs threatened on their second drive of the game, Green went down after the Aggies blew up a handoff less than 10 yards from the endzone.
As backup quarterback, KJ Jackson, came onto the field for him, Green went into the medical tent for a while. Even though he grimaced through the pain on Arkansas' second-to-last drive, he scampered for a 27-yard touchdown, Arkansas' first of the game.

Washington also went down with an injury and spent time in the tent. But on the final drive of the game, he went for another big gainer — this time a 57-yarder down to the Aggies' seven-yard line. Two plays later, O'Mega Blake caught a touchdown pass with two ticks left on the clock to move within one of Texas A&M.
Arkansas' defense came in clutch before the break, giving the offense a chance to catch up. A&M will have the ball first out of halftime, so if the defense can put up another good fight out of the locker room, Arkansas may have a chance to take the lead for the first time since its first possession.
