Razorback fans received an early Christmas present on early signing day. Four-star 2025 quarterback Madden Iamaleava surprisingly flipped his commitment from UCLA to Arkansas today.

Madden, the younger brother of Tennessee star QB Nico Iamaleava, is arguably one of the top QB prospects in the nation. 247Sports ranks the California native No. 19 in his position but ranked him in the top ten at one point.

It wasn't until after the state denied his eligibility at the high school level after he transferred from Warren High School to Long Beach Poly that his rating took a nosedive. And currently, he ranks No. 6 per Rivals.

The Razorbacks already have a four-star QB in Grayson Wilson in the 2025 class, who also signed with the Hogs today. The battle between them and redshirt freshman KJ Jackson will be an interesting storyline to watch this spring/fall camp.

Overall, Arkansas has had a great early signing day. Tavion Wallace slightly frightened fans while trolling Florida and the Razorbacks lost a few commits, but the Hogs gained a late commitment from borderline four-star receiver Ja'kayden Ferguson in addition to Iamaleava.
