The No. 5 Arkansas Razorbacks 5-1 (SEC 0-0) faced the No. 22 TCU 5-1 (0-0 Big 12) at Globe Life Field in Arlington, Texas. Both teams demonstrated they have excellent pitching. Arkansas's pitching only surrendered four hits to the Horned Frogs' batters, and the Horned Frogs' pitchers only allowed three hits. Therefore, if one loves to see a baseball game with many hits and runs, this game would not have been for her or him.
Coming into this game, Jackson McAfee, a Contributor at FanSided's Razorbackers, posited that the Arkansas Razorbacks needed to "Get the bats hot" and let "Zach Root take control." While Zach Root pitched a phenomenal game, the Hogs did not ameliorate their batting, much to the disappointment of many Arkansas fans. Despite only generating three hits and two runs, the Hogs secured a close 2-1 win against TCU. Most Arkansas fans and media were happy that the Razorbacks defeated the Horned Frogs.

How do we have one of the best programs in the country and canβt hire a hitting coach thatβs worth a damn? Too much money in this program for that sort of outcome majority of games.
