Arkansas slides down to No. 5 in latest Top 25 rankings

Still top 5 after dropping back-to-back series.

The Arkansas Razorbacks (34-7, 13-5 SEC) fell down to No. 5 in the latest NCAA DI Baseball Top 25 ranking on Monday.

Diamond Hogs drop in the latest polls

Arkansas began the week with a 13-3 run-rule victory over the UAPB Golden Lions on Tuesday at Baum-Walker Stadium before welcoming Texas A&M for a three-game series. Aggies took the series opener on Thursday night, 7-4, but the Hogs stormed back with an 11-5 victory in the first game of Saturday’s doubleheader. Texas A&M ultimately won the series by nabbing the series finale, 9-2. It was the first home series loss for Arkansas since May of 2022.

The Razorbacks will stay home and rest up for a two-game midweek series against the Arkansas-Little Rock Trojans starting on Tuesday. The first pitch is slated for 6:30 p.m., and the game will be streamed on SEC Network+.
