Arkansas (37-9, 14-7 SEC) dropped down to No. 11 in the NCAA Top 25 rankings on Monday morning. The Razorbacks have been struggling as of late with three straight series losses to Southeastern Conference opponents.

Arkansas baseball drops to No. 11

Arkansas started the week strong by sweeping the Arkansas-Little Rock Trojans in a two-game midweek series at Baum-Walker Stadium. The Hogs shut out both games with a 10-0 run-rule win on Tuesday and a 4-0 victory on Wednesday. Arkansas then traveled to Gainesville, Fla., to take on Florida in a much-needed bounce-back three-game series.

The Gators took the series opener on Friday, 6-4, despite a hot offensive start for the Hogs. The Razorbacks came back on Saturday and evened up the series with a 7-0 victory. Florida ultimately won the series on Sunday, 9-5, after scoring one or two runs in the fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, and eighth innings after trailing by three, 5-2. Arkansas has lost three straight conference series and six of its last eight SEC games.

The Razorbacks will travel to Springfield, Mo., to take on the Missouri State Bears on Tuesday at Hammons Field in their final midweek game of the regular season. The first pitch is scheduled for 6 p.m., and the game will be streamed on ESPN+.
