The Arkansas Razorbacks 17-12 (6-10 SEC) went on the road to face the South Carolina Gamecocks 12-17 (2-14 SEC), and the Razorbacks decided to deliver their worst performance of the season against the worst team in the SEC at undoubtedly the worst time of the season.

Even though South Carolina is a much better team than its record suggests, and the Razorbacks were without their leader in steals, scoring, rebounds, and field goal shooting percentage, Adou Thiero, the team played unworthy to be in the NCAA Tournament, and, to be frank, unworthy to be in the SEC.

Arkansas had its worst half of basketball this century today against South Carolina in Columbia. As ESPN revealed, Arkansas scored only 14 points in the first half. Unbelievable, right? South Carolina took a 32-14 lead into halftime. Although the Razorbacks played better in the second half, they could not overcome the deficit. The Gamecocks defeated the Razorbacks 72-53, triggering expressions of great displeasure on social media for such a pitiful performance.
