Baseball America and D1Baseball have released their updated top 25 polls. Arkansas stays put in an SEC-heavy top-5 after starting the season 3-0 vs Washington State.
In both polls, Texas A&M, LSU, Tennessee, and Arkansas are undisputedly at the top. However, Baseball America has the Hogs ranked No. 4 while D1Baseball ranked them No. 5, which is where they were before week one. In fact, the only team that moved out of the top 5 in either poll was ACC member Virginia.
The Cavaliers dropped a game to Michigan (which happens to be Arkansas's next opponent after Washington State) in the College Baseball Challenge. While Virginia stays at No. 2 in D1Baseball's poll, the Cavs dropped from No. 5 to No. 7 in Baseball America's, with Florida State taking their place.
