Arkansas and LSU are set to face off yet again after meeting each other for their first game of the College World Series. Unfortunately, the Razorbacks ran into a buzzsaw named Kade Anderson, and the Hogs were thrown into the losers' bracket.
After clawing their way through, the Razorbacks have made it to the CWS Semifinals for the first time since 2022, where Ole Miss defeated Arkansas in the fifth and final game before the CWS final, 2-0. Now, the Hogs find themselves in the same boat, needing two wins to earn their first trip to the CWS since 2018.
Thankfully, the Razorbacks have a stacked bullpen, primed to take on the Tigers. And with the help of a no-no by Gage Wood on Monday, all but two pitchers are on the table for the next two days. On the other hand, the Arkansas bats slowly came alive against UCLA after being dead since the beginning of the CWS.
