Taylen Green has played tremendously well as a Razorback so far. He’s recorded 645 passing yards and is the second-leading passer in the SEC, behind only Jackson Dart. Against Oklahoma State alone, he threw for 416 yards and a touchdown, adding another 61 yards on the ground. Now, green is receiving national recognition for his performance.

The Boise State transfer has the best passing grade on third and fourth down in the country, per Pro Football Focus. PFF graded Green at 92.0 through week two. Green has completed 11 of 15 passes for 201 yards for a passer rating of 172.6 on third and fourth downs.

There’s no doubt Green has a lot of polishing to do, though. Former Arkansas great DJ Williams broke down part of Arkansas‘s loss to Oklahoma State and illustrated where Green could improve.
Once he cleans up, green could be one of the best quarterbacks in the SEC, if not the country, by the end of the year.
