Former Razorback Dre Greenlaw has been making a name for himself in the NFL. For the second year in a row, Greenlaw was named one of the NFL’s preseason top-100 players. This year comes in at No. 76.

The former Fayetteville Bulldog is slowly becoming the face of the San Francisco 49ers defense. He’s made at least 120 tackles in the last two seasons with at least 75 solo. He helped lead the 49ers to the 2024 Super Bowl after a 12-5 season.

Unfortunately, Greenlaw suffered a freak injury in the game. While running onto the field, he tore his Achilles, ending his Super Bowl early with more than nine minutes left to play in the second half. By that point, Greenlaw had already made three solo tackles. His teammate Fred Warner even thought Greenlaw was on his way to a Super Bowl MVP.

The star linebacker is still listed on the 49ers Physically Unable to Play list nearing the end of the offseason and will likely begin the regular season on it, too. All of which makes Greenlaw's No. 76 ranking all that more impressive.
