Former Arkansas linebacker Bump Pool has found a new home in the pros. The Michigan Panthers of the UFL signed Pool with just two weeks to go in the regular season. He signed with the Carolina Panthers as an undrafted free agent in 2023 but was waived in August later that year.

As a Razorback, Pool became one of the best LBs to play for the program. He broke Tony Bua's record for career tackles and cracked the century mark twice in his collegiate career, once in 2020 and again in 2021. If it weren't for a hip injury in 2022, Pool would have done it once more, coming eight tackles short. He recorded 174 solo tackles, 27.5 tackles for loss, three sacks, and 19 pass deflections.

Michigan has already clinched its spot in the USFL conference championship. The game will happen on June 8 at 3:00 p.m. on ESPN Xtra. The winner will play the XFL champ for the UFL crown at 5:00 p.m. on June 16 on Fox.
