The Ugly: Taylen Green's accuracy

Green deserves his flowers for his strong rushing performance that helped Arkansas cement the victory, but an 11/26 mark in the passing department against an AAC team is less than ideal. Green also missed several open receivers by a country mile - a puzzling development considering he also several incredible throws on the run in the third quarter.

Green also threw an egregious interception on Arkansas' first possession of the game, which led to a UAB touchdown that gave the Blazers a 10-0 lead. If Green is misfiring early agaisnt Auburn - or any other SEC team, for that matter - Bobby Petrino and Sam Pittman could be forced to make a difficult personnel decision. There's little room for poor quarterback play in the SEC, and as Auburn's Payton Thorne already found out, nobody's starting job is ever 100 percent safe. Green is an outstanding runner and playmaker, but he has a long way to go before he becomes an elite pocket passer. Next Saturday's game will be the litmus test for how he holds up against SEC competition.
