Arkansas is riding high after pulling out a win at Jordan-Hare Stadium, moving its record to 3-1 (almost 4-0 after a close loss to Oklahoma State).

With potential postseason implications at stake, the Razorbacks are heading to Arlington to take on Texas A&M for the last time in AT&T Stadium. Here are the Razorbackers' Staff predictions.

Razorbackers Staff Predictions: Arkansas vs. Texas A&M

Matthew

Last week, Arkansas won a toss-up game on the road by beating Auburn. It was a huge win for Sam Pittman as he tries to hold onto his job. This week, they can take another step toward legitimacy by beating a ranked Texas A&M team on a neutral field in another game that could go either way. Arkansas could have the edge at QB if the Aggies have to go with backup QB Marcel Reed.

However, the Aggies have the better overall roster, especially on defense and along the offensive line. Until Arkansas proves it can beat ranked teams, it is hard to ride with the Hogs in games like this. Arkansas has only one win in this series since 2012 and that trend continues this weekend.

Samuel

This is a huge game for both teams. Arkansas has a chance to establish themselves as a dark horse contender in the SEC, while Mike Elko's Aggies are still trying to find their footing. With the experience of winning a big SEC game under their belts, the Hogs will grind out a victory to close out AT&T Stadium's tenure as host of the Southwest Classic.

In the big picture of Arkansas's season, the Oklahoma State, Auburn, and Texas A&M games were crucial matchups for its postseason aspirations. The Hogs needed to win two of the three for a chance at reaching six wins. Right now, they're 1-1, with the Aggies being the tiebreaker. If that's not enough to wake up the Razorbacks, Saturday's matchup is also the last installment of the Southwest Classic in AT&T Stadium. Arkansas hasn't done well in the series, winning only four of the 12 games in Arlington. The Hogs can save a little face if they take the final game.

Arkansas has all the motivation in the world to win this game, but Texas A&M has a more talented roster, and Razorbacks' offense has been boom or bust. Fortunately for the Hogs, that was the exact talking point centered around last week's game, and the Razorbacks still found a way to win. Arkansas will have the final laugh in its Arlington-era rivalry with Texas A&M.
