For the first time since 2021 and only the second time since 2016, Arkansas has a receiver on the 2024 Biletnikoff Award Watch List. Andrew Armstrong is the first receiver on the initial watch list since Treylon Burks in 2021.

Armstrong had a good season amid a putrid offense in 2023. He recorded 764 yards on 56 catches for 13.6 yards per reception and five touchdowns. The next highest yard total was Isaac TeSlaa, with 351 yards, more than 400 yards less than Armstrong. The Texas A&M Commerce transfer's best game of the season helped lead the Razorbacks to their first win at Florida ever. He caught three passes for 103 yards, averaging 34.3 yards a catch.

With a new quarterback, a new offensive coordinator, and a new playbook to learn, Armstrong has a lot to overcome to have a shot at winning the award. Fortunately for him, Bobby Petrino is one of the best offensive minds in college football.

Armstrong is one of nine pass catchers from the SEC included on the watch list. He's in good company with players like Missouri's Luther Burden III and Tre Harris from Ole Miss gracing the list.
