7 non-Kentucky related players John Calipari should target to rebuild Arkansas' roster
Small Forward
Rylan Griffen- Alabama
Season | PTS | FG% | 3FG% | FT% | REB | AST | BLK | STL |

2023-24 | 11.2 | 45.4 | 39.2 | 81.0 | 3.4 | 1.9 | 0.3 | 0.5 |
Rylan Griffen is a versatile offensive player. He can score on all three levels and create his own shot when he needs to. At 6-foot-6-inches, he's a mismatch waiting to happen.
To go along with his offense, Griffen has a budding defensive skillset. Draft Digest of Sports Illustrated wrote,
"[Griffen] notched 22 total steals last season and showed flashes of being disruptive on defense. He can guard three positions and has also gotten stronger since his freshman campaign, which will help even more moving forward. There’s no question he has upside as a versatile defender,"
This one is probably a lost cause, however. Rylan Griffen reportedly met with Kansas staff this week, and sites like 247Sport and On3Sports predict he will be a Jayhawk. But if Coach Calipari can pull it off, he would be another big-bodied scorer to added to Arkansas' arsenal.
