Here are the 5 most fitting corporate sponsors for the SEC

3. Volkswagen

This is the only brand on the list that doesn't have ties to Southern culture, but there's no other car brand that matches up as well with the SEC as Volkswagen.

If you listen to non-SEC fans from around the country, you'll hear that the conference is top-heavy and the rest are just average teams. However, if you switched the schedule of the 14th-ranked SEC team, according to ESPN FPI, Arkansas, with the 15th-ranked ACC team, Syracuse, the Hogs could go 10-2. That's New Year's Six Bowl territory, but I digress. Across the board, the SEC has the most storied brands in college football. Volkswagen does the same in the car world.

The German-based automobile manufacturer owns some of the best-performing car brands on Earth. Audi, Lamborghini, Bentley, Ducati, and Porsche all fall under the umbrella of Volkswagen. Just as Alabama, Georgia, Florida, and now, Texas and Oklahoma fall under the SEC's.
