Arkansas didn't lead until 1:47 left in the game, but it fought back from an 8-point deficit at halftime to steal the win. At times, it didn't feel like the Hogs would ever cross the threshold and take the lead. Much like Illinois on Thanksgiving, Miami seemed to have an answer for everything Arkansas threw at it.

Luckily, the Razorbacks found their three-point stroke in the final 20 minutes. They knocked down 8-14 in the second half, including three of their last four from the field. Even the go-ahead basket was a three-pointer from Boogie Fland.

One reason it was hard for Arknasas to get anything going was the lack of fastbreak points. The Hogs have thrived on explosive defensive plays all season long. Today, Miami outscored Arkansas 11-9, even though the Razorbacks picked its pockets seven times to three.

The Hurricanes also gave everything they had to defend Arkansas's leading scorer, Adou Thiero, and it worked. The aggressive forward couldn't reach double-digits for only the second time this season.

The SEC leads in the ACC/SEC Challenge by five games, with Kentucky and Clemson battling it out in South Carolina. The league is incredibly tough this season, which is concerning considering how the Hogs have played. Arkansas plays Michigan next, but there are only a few more tune-up games between now and when Conference play starts against Tennessee, who just dominated Syracuse 96-70 in the challenge.
