It didn't take long for the fallout from the Arkansas Razorbacks firing head coach Sam Pittman to begin.

Within an hour of Arkansas officially announcing the move on Sunday, Danny West of 247Sports reported that wide receiver Keymian Henderson Jr. decommitted from the Razorbacks' 2026 class. Although Henderson was just the first commitment lost since Pittman's firing, he was the fourth in the last 16 days for the Razorbacks.

Henderson is a consensus three-star recruit out of Carthage High School in Texas. According to the 247Sports Composite, Henderson is the No. 84 receiver in the 2026 class. The Razorbacks still have two wide receivers from the 2026 class committed, at least for now, in three-star prospects Robert Haynes V and Blair Irvin III. However, both commits are ranked well below Henderson, according to the 247Sports Composite.

There's a solid chance Henderson still ends up in Fayetteville, just as a foe instead. Kentucky was high on his list before he ultimately chose the Razorbacks. He also held offers from TCU, Houston, Kansas State, Mississippi State, Tulane, North Texas and more. His list of offers could grow with his recruitment open again.

The newest loss put Arkansas with 23 commitments from the 2026 class. Henderson likely won't be the last casuality from the coaching shakeup, though. The Razorbacks also have to worry about losing current contributors since the transfer window will open for Arkansas players for 30 days because of the coaching change.
