The Titans seem to love their Razorbacks.

Tennessee has Treylon Burks, a first-round pick in the 2022 draft, and picked up former Arkansas quarterback Brandon Allen in March. Now, it's adding a third former Hog to the Titans' franchise.

Matt Landers signs with the Titans

Wide receiver Matt Landers is heading to Nashville. Since he was drafted by the Seahawks in 2023, Landers has hopped around different Pro practice squads, including doing work for the Seattle Seahawks, the Carolina Panthers, the Cleveland Browns, and the New England Patriots in the NFL. He's also spent time in the United Football League with the Arlington Renegades and San Antonio Brahmas.

The former Hog will replace WR Colton Dowell, a Titan's seventh-round pick in the 2023 draft and local product from Lebanon, Tenn. Dowell has recorded only one reception for three yards in his two seasons with the Titans. He suffered an ACL tear at the end of his rookie season against Houston and missed the entire 2024 season.

Since Landers is essentially replacing Dowell, this may allow him to make a 53-man roster for the first time in his career. It's exciting to have the chance to see Landers in action, but you won't have to wait for some Hog-to-Hog passes. Here's a post from the Titans' social media team showing a pass from Allen to Burks on Thursday.

Landers finished his career at Arkansas with 47 receptions, 901 yards, and eight touchdowns.
