UTSA Roadrunners

Conference USA champions UTSA will have QB Frank Harris returning next season, which would enable Hornsby a year to learn the Roadrunners’ system and get himself familiar with the program.

By next season, Hornsby could take over the starting spot and help the Roadrunners reach new heights.

UTSA will soon be joining the American Conference, so he’ll be playing against some of the top teams in the Group of Five each season.

Baylor Bears

One of the teams that recruited Hornsby out of high school, Baylor could be an ideal landing choice for Hornsby. The Bears are just a few pieces away from being in the mix to make the CFB Playoff.

He would be in the mix to compete for a conference championship and be a contender to make next year’s College Football Playoff, which may outweigh his desire to start right away.

Would Hornsby want to head to Waco— just a short three hour drive from his home town of Missouri City?
