The Arkansas basketball team travels to College Station to face the Texas A&M Aggies in the third conference game of the season for the Hogs.

The Hogs are looking to end a losing streak that has seen them lose four out of their last five games and two consecutive conference games.

Let’s take a look at how things may shake out for this pivotal road game for the Razorbacks.

Arkansas vs Texas A&M Prediction Today

The Razorbacks are going to need more production out of the team than just from Au’Diese Toney, Stanley Umude and JD Notae, who combined for 64 of the team’s 74 points in the loss against Vanderbilt earlier in the week.

Texas A&M (12-2) is an incredibly deep team. They have eleven players who average 10 minutes or more per game. The Hogs are going to have to pace themselves and play the long game.

The Razorbacks will try to slow down leading scorer Quenton Jackson (13.3 ppg) or second leading scorer Marcus Williams (10.6 ppg) to force the Aggies off their gameplan.

Will the Hogs be able to defend the three? They continue to get torched from beyond the arc. Will Jaylin Williams step up after having a few games where is was uncharacteristically underwhelming?

My money is on Williams stepping up to be an X-factor in this game. He will out-rebound the Aggies and force them to adjust their shot when they meet him in the paint.

If the Hogs can dictate the pace of the game and force Texas A&M to rely on their third or fourth leading scorer, the Razorbacks will win the game.
