No 2. Davonte Davis will get his swagger back against Texas A&M

The 6’4″ sophomore out of Jacksonville, Ark. has been streaky this season, to put it mildly. He’s had five games in which he’s scored 15 points or more. He’s had four games in which he’s scored five points or fewer.

The Hogs need Davis to get his confidence and his swagger back. This is the game it happens.

We saw Davis run circles around the Aggies in last season’s early March match-up. He stuffed the stat sheet with 12 points, 6 rebounds, 5 assists and 2 steals on 50% shooting.

The Razorbacks will need Davis to be smarter about fouling. He’s been in foul trouble in several games this season, disrupting his flow. Davis has registered three or more fouls in nine games so far this season.

If he’s going to get is swagger back, but he has to stay out of foul trouble so he can remain on the court.
