The time has finally come for the Arkansas Football team to take the field and compete in their first bowl game since 2016.

The Hogs will be squaring off against Penn State, one of the all-time winningest programs in the history of college football.

The Razorbacks will be without a few key players, but Penn State will be without even more. Penn State learned of some key players opting out of the 2022 Outback Bowl just days before kickoff.

Here are five predictions for the 2022 Outback Bowl featuring the Razorbacks and the Nittany Lions

No 1. The Hogs score a touchdown on a gadget play

The Hogs made multiple attempts throughout the season to run some trick plays, usually a wide receiver pass.

It’s a bowl game, it’s supposed to be fun and loose and that’s exactly the kind of atmosphere that fosters pulling out a trick play or two. Maybe will see Malik Hornsby and Jefferson on the field together in a trick play package— it would generate a ton of excitement.

The Razorbacks will run a trick play and do it successfully, leading to a touchdown.
