How will the Arkansas Basketball team respond after facing adversity?

As previously mentioned, Hofstra has held their own against good competition. Losing to Houston in OT and losing to Maryland by just a basket.

If the Hogs don’t approach their opponent seriously, they will be in a world of trouble. The Hogs have historically had a tough time winning games in NLR and with a bad loss to Oklahoma, it should make fans a little nervous about a perfect storm brewing in Central Arkansas.

Can the Hogs hold off a hot Hofstra team? The Razorback defense is going to have to step up in a big way and limit some hot hands on the Pride.

Hofstra boasts three players who are shooting better than 40% from beyond the arc. These guys are going to torch the Razorbacks from three if they aren’t careful.

Hofstra’s Jalen Ray (32 of 70), Darlinstone Dubar (16 of 39) and Omar Silverio (30 of 75) are all shooting better than 40% this season.

Once one of these guys starts getting hot, how will the Hogs respond? They have to take care of that three-point line against Hofstra or risk getting upset in what is essentially a home game.
