Razorbacks Head Coach Dave Van Horn is pleased with the new crop of players who are headed to Fayetteville to make another deep run at the College World Series.

"“Our staff has built an impressive class. Coach Thompson and Coach Hobbs covered a lot of ground on the recruiting trail to bring in a strong mix of position players and pitchers. Adding this class to our current roster will create a lot of healthy competition within our program. There’s a bright future for this group, and we’re excited to get them here.”"

This class of signees is headlined by Jayson Jones, a shortstop out of Braswell High School in Savannah, Texas.

The Arkansas Razorbacks will kick off the 2021-22 college baseball season at home on Feb. 18 against Illinois State. They’ll play a three game series against the Missouri Valley Conference foes.
