No. 2: Arkansas football has the best wide receiver in the country

Arkansas wide receiver Treylon Burks is an absolute stud. In this game against Auburn he caught 9 passes for 109 yards and two touchdowns.

Burks now has 29 catches on the season for 519 yards and 5 touchdowns. He has four games in which he’s recorded 100 or more receiving yards.

As longs as Treylon is healthy and KJ Jefferson has time to throw the ball, good things will continue to happen.

The 6’3″ junior from Warren, Ark. has been impressing all of college football and NFL scouts. If Burks elects to forego his senior season and declare for the 2022 NFL Draft, most experts have him being selected in the first round.

NFL teams are enamored with his combination of size, strength and skill. In a recent mock draft from Pro Football Talk, the experts there have Burks going No. 18 overall to the New Orleans Saints.

Burks will have a chance to shine once again next week against Arkansas-Pine Bluff, a team in which he will be able to showcase his abilities.
