Arkansas Bad Performances:

Jaylin Williams, F

The 6’10” freshman from fort smith has not played his best ball as of late and mostly did not tonight. While he did have a big highlight play chase-down block, there was not much else to be excited about while watching him.

Against Lipscomb, Williams showed some flashes of his scoring ability in the post and beyond the arc while hitting a corner three. Not only that, but his passing ability has been on display as well. However, tonight just was not his night.

Williams played 13 minutes but only managed to register two rebounds and a personal foul. That won’t cut it when SEC play starts.

Vance Jackson, F

Another player that has yet to find their stride, Jackson could not throw a rock in the ocean this season. Shooting one for four this game, and under 30% from three on the season will not cut it for coach Muss.

Its one thing if you are not scoring and still being productive on the floor in other areas, buy Jackson really is not. I’m struggling trying to find a reason on why coach Musselman should keep giving him so many minutes when there are younger players who would gladly take the run.

KK Robinson, G

This may be Robinson’s first bad game of the season, as he did not look very good at all. Finishing with one point never looks good, usually because that means you missed a free throw as well. In 14 minutes, Robinson managed to go 0-4 from the field, and 0-2 from three.

Coming from Oak Hill, he was highly recruited. And being from Arkansas, you know he has a chip on his shoulder. If Robinson wants to continue to help this team win come conference play time, he will have to do better than one point in 14 minutes.
