The Parkview Patriots have an explosive team and getting Outley back for the playoffs would make them a dangerous team to contend with.
Outley has the talent to turn a short pass reception into a long game breaking play. The routes that Outley runs is strong for a tight end his size and he does a good job of creating separation. From a blocking perspective, Outley does not get overpowered and he is a strong run and pass blocker.

The tight end position at the University of Arkansas is one that is utilized as a position that can be just as effective blocking or receiving. Sam Pittman and his staff will want Outley to continue to be an effective blocker. However, he does not want Outley to lose any of his big play capability. Outley can be split out wide or used as an effective blocker and Kendall Briles is creative enough to use Outley well.
Arkansas currently sits in the top 25 at number 23 in national recruiting. The Razorbacks are looking to close out the 2021 recruiting class with a few more defensive players. The Arkansas Razorbacks have managed to find a way to stop several damaging losing streaks. Closing the 2021 recruiting class out strong will give the Razorbacks momentum into future classes.
