The Arkansas Razorback football team is still what seems like the laughing stock of the SEC to the national media.

Besides Vanderbilt Football, the Arkansas Razorback football program has been a laughing stock the past few years, and do not get much respect nationally. Yes, they have been historically bad the past few seasons. However, those seasons were not under Sam Pittman. So how can the Razorbacks get more respect where respect is deserved?

The national media has bet against this team all season, and time after time the hogs continue to prove the doubters wrong. Yes, I was a doubter myself to start the season. But to my credit, we had not seen Pittman coach yet. Now that we have, I’m fully on board, and media should be too.

This Razorback team is 2-2 (3-1) and has beat really good teams to start the season. Let’s just count the Auburn game as a win. If we were to do that, the hogs would have two wins against ranked opponents, and another win against a very good offense in Ole Miss. The hogs are amazing on defense and compete against anyone. The offense is still a little shaky but will find a groove eventually. Maybe the offense is the reason the Razorbacks keep getting bet against.
Texas A&M

It’s starts here for the hogs. The Razorbacks have not beat the Aggies since 2011. Yes, they always play them close, but A&M looks good this year. They are the seventh ranked team nationally, and a win would surely give the hogs some respect. While the hogs will not be talked about much this week, they can prepare for a road trip to Kyle field on October 31st.
Hog fans, if the Razorbacks do not beat this Aggies on Halloween day, do not hang your heads. This team is better than in years past, and competes every play. The future of Razorback football is very bright under Sam Pittmans light.
