Arkansas Razorbacks basketball team road record should give fans hope they can find success in a tournament.

This Arkansas Razorbacks basketball team has caused fans reason to doubt at points this season but they have done even more to give hope. What am I looking at to find such positivity for the Hogs?

Unlike the stereotype that Arkansas has earned, for a reason, this Mike Anderson squad can take their show on the road and find the win. This season’s Arkansas team should be labeled The Road Hogs.

As I write this there is a 10 game sample to see how well The Road Hogs are doing away from home. Along with their official road games, the Razorbacks have two neutral site games. They won both of those.

Right off the top of your head, do you know how many wins Arkansas has out of those ten games? Throw everything we thought we knew about Hog basketball out the window because Anderson’s team this season is six and four away from BWA.

So when is the last time Arkansas was so strong on the road? 1994 and 2015, both of which the Razorbacks went to the NCAA Tournament, and of course in 1994 won the whole kit and kaboodle. Not too bad, right?

Of those six wins, the hogs came back from being down by 12 or more in five of them. Proving that not only can they find success on the road but that they can overcome adversity and fight back no matter where they are.

As we head into the SEC Tournament and have a 95% chance of getting to the NCAA Tournament, fans can feel a little bit better about this team away from home. Whether it be a top 25 team like South Carolina was or possible trap game like Auburn, Arkansas can handle the challenge. Woo pig.
