Bret Bielema is probably better known for quotes than what he’s actually done in his coaching career. This time, however, fans aren’t laughing.

With quotes like “it was borderline erotic” and “gonna go hop on the wife”, Bret Bielema has put out some classics quote wise from his interviews. Rather than being one of those HAHA fun quotes, Bielema delivered one in his Missouri postgame presser that has fans confused and angry.

After the loss to a 3-8 Missouri team to wrap up the regular season for the Hogs, Bielema was asked if there would be changes made to his staff as a result of not only that performance but the season as a whole. His reply was hardly what fans wanted to hear.

"Evaluating our staff? You mean am I going to be making any changes? No. Well, you always do a season review obviously before the bowl game. And obviously after the final game, which will be our bowl game, you always take self-inventory as a head coach. You always make evaluations and make decisions. You sit down and talk to your coaches…. I don’t plan on making any changes."

At first, I saw on twitter that he had said, “I don’t plan on making any changes AT THIS TIME.”. However, after listening to the post game over and over he never says that “at this time” part. This is big for fans due to the fact many were saying that he was eluding to possibly after the bowl game.

Here’s the thing, Bielema isn’t going to say to the media “yup gonna make changes today. I’m gonna be firing so and so right after this”. I know we are upset but let’s use common sense here. Now whether or not he eventually “helps Robb Smith find a new job” remains to be seen but I don’t put too much into this.

Changes will be made. There’s clearly no way around it especially when your product looks as bad as it has this past season. I will be waiting until after the bowl game to lose my mind if Smith is still here. Let’s all just slow down and wait. Woo Pig.
