The Arkansas Razorbacks bounced back with a victory this afternoon over the Missouri Tigers 84-72. Dusty Hannahs lead the way for the Razorbacks, netting 22 points with 4 three pointers.

On a day that was dedicated to the success of legendary head coach Eddie Sutton, the Razorbacks delivered with a rebound win, albeit it came against the worst team in the SEC. But a win is a win, and the Razorbacks dominated the game from start to finish. The Hogs led the majority of the way in the first half, including extending that lead to 17 points at one point. Arkansas went into the locker rooms with a 43-30 lead.

The Tiger cut the lead to as little 8 in the second half, but that was as close as the Mizzou would get. The Razorbacks will pulled away with a quick 12-0 run, with three pointers coming from Anton Beard, Jabril Durham, Dusty Hannahs, and Anthlon Bell. The Razorbacks let the Tigers hang around but they never really threatened the lead, as the Hogs come away with a 84-72 victory.

Arkansas Razorbacks’ sharp shooter Dusty Hannahs led the way, scoring 22 points with 12 of those points coming from behind the arc. Hannahs also went 7 of 13 from the field. This kind of game was needed for Hannahs, to remind himself and the fans of how well he could shoot after struggling the last few games. Right behind Hannahs was a player that has come up huge for the Razorbacks as of late, Jabril Durham. Durham had a career high 17 points, while adding 4 rebounds and 6 assists. Durham’s progress from role player to one of the best passing point guards in the nation is a testament to what Mike Anderson and his staff can do with a player’s development. Moses Kingsley, who is perhaps the most improved post player in the SEC, added a double double with 15 point and 12 rebounds.

Players of the Game:

  • Jabril Durham- Durham is playing great basketball down the stretch, and has consistently been one of the best all around players on this team all season.

  • Dusty Hannahs – The Hogs need to make three pointers to win, and Dusty delivered for the Hogs.

  • Moses Kingsley – There is not much to complain about when your post gets a double double. Another great game for the potentially All-SEC forward.
