Arkansas Razorbacks 75 – Texas Tech Red Raiders 68
The Hogs started slow in the game, falling behind my double digits before the three point shooting of Dusty Hannahs lit a fire under Arkansas. At one point, Hannahs had 21 of Arkansas’ 28 points. The Razorbacks played great full court defense, and took a lead into the locker room.
Then the second half started, and the Hogs struggled to get baskets from the outside. Texas Tech dropped back into a 1-3-1 zone, and Arkansas had no answer as the Red Raiders rattled off 2 8-0 runs in the half. Arkansas was able to lock it down in the final 3 minutes to force overtime, thanks to 4 late points by Moses Kingsley in the paint.
Overtime was a wild affair, as Arkansas fell behind, then went on a 5-0 run with an Anthlon Bell 3 pointer and a breakaway slam by Kingsley. With 1:15 left, Arkansas had a 3 point lead and the ball, when Jabril Durham drove the lane and scored on a layup, giving the Hogs a 5 point lead. TTU’s (and Little Rock native) Aaron Ross missed a jumper, and Durham got the rebound and was fouled with :33 left in the game. He made both his free throws, and capped off a 9-0 Arkansas run as the Hogs took a 7 point lead.

Kingsley would pull down the winning rebound, and Arkansas got the big win to move above .500. Arkansas almost choked away the game, but was able to rally around each other and make the big plays when they matter. This was not something they were able to do earlier in the season.
Players of the Game
- We’ve got to think of a nickname for this trio of players. Dusty Hannahs, Anthlon Bell, and Moses Kingsley accounted for 54 of the Hogs 75 points. Arkansas is the only team in division 1 basketball with 3 players averaging over 15 points a game. These three guys are the lifeblood of the Hogs offense, and they delivered for Arkansas tonight.
- Manny Watkins – Watkins had 9 points, no fouls, no turnovers, 3 assists, and 2 rebounds. The junior has blossomed into a nice role player for Arkansas, and he had his second start of the season today against TTU.

The blood is so red.
My despair is so deep down low.
I am the Razorback.
Man, I really don't want to look up all 350 teams to see if Arkansas leads the NCAA in OT games, but they just keep playing them...

The Arkansas Razorbacks travel to Florida for their next game before coming home to host the Volunteers of Tennessee. This was a big win for the Hogs today, as it keeps their hopes of postseason play alive, and builds come confidence to win in close games as the season draws to a close.
