2012 College Football: SEC Injury Updates Week Four

After a slew of njuries in the SEC over the past two weeks, the injury report slowed down after the completion of week three games. No major injuries were reported that could alter any team’s status going forward.
The LSU Tigers continue to battle injuries and suspensions. This week running back Alfred Blue will miss time due to a knee injury. While the Tigers are loaded at running back the mounting injuries will eventually take their toll on the No. 2 team in the nation.
Georgia continues to get players back on the field even though safety Bacarri Rambo and linebacker Alec Ogletree are expected to miss more time due to their suspensions.
Arkansas catches a break with the return of 2011 first-team All-SEC quarterback Tyler Wilson. Wilson missed the last six quarters of play due to a concussion.
Arkansas head coach John L. Smith is expected to be back to Fayetteville in time for the game on Saturday. Friday it was announced that his brother had passed away forcing Smith to return to Idaho for personal reasons.
Kentucky head coach Joker Phillips cannot catch a break. As he is trying to build his team up, especially after their upset loss to Western Kentucky last week, his Wildcats team is the walking wounded. Tough break for Phillips and company having to travel to Florida to play the Gators in the Swamp this week.
