College Football Recruiting: Hogs Add another Verbal Commitment

Hogs add another recruit for the 2013 class.

Fayetteville, Ark.– The Arkansas Razorbacks added a seventh commitment for the 2013 national recruiting class on Friday night when safety Khari Harding verbally pledged to the Hogs.

Harding, 6’1’, 205 pounds, 4.6 forty-yard dash, is ranked as the 29th best safety prospect in the nation by Scout.com.

The 3-star prospect fromSanta Fe High School in Edmond, Oklahoma had 71 tackles during his junior season with three coming for a loss. He recorded three interceptions returning one for a touchdown and caused one fumble.

The U.S. Army All-American Combine Selection also spent time under center completing four of seven passes for 71 yards with a pick and a touchdown. Running in a Wildcat type offense, Harding rushed seven times for 107 yards with two scores for a 15.3 yard per carry average.

Harding received offers from Kansas State, Iowa State, Arkansas State, Oregon State, Memphis, Indiana, and others before choosing the University of Arkansas for his college of the future.

Kris Cinkovich was the lead recruiter for Harding.
